When we’re asked how we design and build digital products or interactive experiences we preach a methodology that has a proven history of success: develop a great user experience before focusing on the technology. This means making sure the defined processes always keep the user experience as the primary deliverable. We believe technology can make most things better, but a poorly defined process will never get fixed with technology. In fact, we are so committed to this view, that we won’t take on a new client until the user experience and underlying goals are clearly defined and agreed upon. This is core to our design philosophy for both web and mobile applications.
